During the time of hiring and promotions, the Corporates look for
candidates with certain job competencies. After hiring however, the
competencies shown by the candidates in the work situation do not often match
the expectations of the Corporate. This situation emphasizes the need for
Corporate to analyze and understand the behavior of the candidates better
during the time of hiring and promotions.
Every company requires a competency model, a set of skills &
attitudes, for high performance on the job. If the workforce of a company is
able to exhibit these qualities, that company will grow steadily from strength
to strength. We attempt to co-ordinate with the Corporate to put in place
ComPAS, enabling the Corporate to analyze the candidate's behavior before
hiring.
